How much does an appliance repair cost?
We charge a service call fee, and we'll tell you exactly what it is when you ring. No hidden extras. Parts and labour are quoted before any work starts, and if the appliance isn't worth fixing, we'll say so before you spend another dollar.
How quickly can you get to me?
Ring us and you'll know before you hang up. We answer the phone seven days, 7am to 7pm, and repairs are booked Monday to Friday. If we can't get to you as fast as you need, we'll say so on the call.
Is it worth repairing my appliance or should I replace it?
It depends on the age, the brand and the fault, and we'll give you a straight answer on the spot. As a rule, quality appliances like Bosch and Miele are almost always worth repairing. Cheaper machines near the end of their life often aren't, and we'll tell you that too.
Do you repair gas ovens and stoves?
Yes. We repair gas ovens, stoves and cooktops: ignition, elements, thermostats, controls and electrical faults, which cause most gas stove breakdowns. If the fault turns out to be with the gas supply itself, we'll tell you on the spot and point you to a licensed gasfitter.

All the major brands: Westinghouse, Samsung, LG, Fisher & Paykel, Smeg, Haier, AEG, Hisense, Whirlpool and more. We're an independent repairer and we carry Bosch and Miele parts in the service van, so premium appliances don't wait weeks for a factory technician.

We answer calls seven days a week, 7am to 7pm. Repairs are booked Monday to Friday, and weekend callers get booked into the next available weekday slot.
